Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the logistics services provided by K2M Impex Private Limited (“K2M”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any transaction.

1. Service Usage

By availing of our logistics, freight forwarding, or transportation services, you agree to provide accurate and complete information for the successful execution of shipments. You must not use our services for shipping prohibited or illegal goods.

2. Shipment Acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse any shipment that does not comply with national or international shipping laws, or that poses a safety or security risk. All shipments must be properly packaged and labeled by the customer unless agreed otherwise.

3. Payment Terms

All charges for logistics services must be paid in full prior to dispatch, unless otherwise specified in a written agreement. Late or failed payments may result in shipment delays or cancellation. Any customs duty, taxes, or third-party charges are to be borne by the client.

4. Delivery Timeline

K2M will make every reasonable effort to deliver shipments according to the estimated timelines. However, delivery may be affected by customs procedures, port delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

5. Liability & Insurance

K2M is not liable for loss, damage, or delay of goods during transit unless proven to be caused by our negligence. Insurance for high-value or sensitive shipments must be arranged by the client. We can assist in purchasing insurance upon request.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Service cancellation is permitted only before dispatch. Once the shipment is en route, cancellation is not possible. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 10 working days after internal verification.

7. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate shipment data and documentation
  • Ensure the cargo complies with regulations
  • Be available for coordination during pickup and delivery

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India. All efforts should first be made to resolve issues amicably through communication.
